M.A.A.T.O. Residential Designer & Owner

STUDIOPK, located in Haliburton, Ontario, was founded in 2022 by Paul Kennedy, an award-winning residential designer. His experience, over 3½ decades, is an accumulation of residential design, project management, zoning, technical and many other disciplines that are required for the new home and renovation community.

Paul’s passion and desire to design in a boutique style led him to create STUDIOPK, where he designs individually unique homes and structures, with a creative, focused and deliberate approach. Paul’s design process involves exploring with his clients the areas between vision and practicality, traditional and modern styles, and attention to details.

Aside from managing STUDIOPK, Paul is also the Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for George Brown College’s School of Architectural Studies in Toronto, a member of the Program Advisory Committee for Centennial College’s Architectural Studies in Toronto, and a past member of the Board of Directors for the Durham Region Home Builders Association.
